Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Item must not be marked as final sale (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer either:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned after 30 days
